Area Wide Picnic – April 13th

What:

Spring Picnic DFW Area Believers
(Institutionals, Organics, Simplers, Housers, Free-Rangers, and Indescribables)

 

When:

Sunday, April 13^th

10:30 AM Prayer, singing, sharing, visiting, communion

12:30 PM Setup for lunch

1:00 PM Potluck lunch

2:00 PM Open mic, visiting, games, etc.
Come and go as you please

 

Where:

River Legacy Park in Arlington

Turn N on Cooper St. from I-30

Cooper dead-ends into Green Oaks Blvd. – Turn Left

Main entrance for River Legacy is 200-300 yards down Green Oaks on right

After turning into park follow park road until first left turn

Meeting area is on right at picnic tables under trees between the Raccoon Run and Elm Grove picnic areas.

What to Bring:

Potluck food, serving utensils for your dishes
chairs
games
bug spray
sunscreen
folding tables to set food on (if you have one)
canopy (if you have one and want to bring and setup)

 

What will be provided:

Paper plates, napkins, plastic forks/knives/spoons, drinks (bottled water, bottled/canned soft drinks), name tags, trash bags

 

Cost:

No fee to pay
Contribute small amount to cover cost of drinks and consumables if you’d like
